Just to let you know, we require TWO forms of ID:

  • Photo ID (either a copy of driver’s licence or a copy of passport).
  • Proof of Address (utility bill, bank statement).


Once your application has been accepted, you will need to make a payment of £30.00 + 1 month line rental in advance. You will also need to pay an additional 1 month line rental as a bond, which is fully refunded to you at the end of your contract. Once this is done, your SIM card will be posted to you within 3 working days. Please let us know what size SIM card you require (e.g. nano, micro, etc.) or the phone you will be using the SIM card in (e.g. iPhone 4S) so we can send you the correct SIM card type.

  • All new applicants must be credit checked regardless of spend & liability.
  • All new applicants must make an upfront payment of their monthly rental amount plus £30 connection fee (e.g. £19.99+£30) and there is no disconnection fee. Customers will also need to pay a 1 month security bond which is fully refundable at the end of the contract.
  • All applicants must remain on Direct Debit all time - failure to do so will result in a loss of service & loss of security deposit where applicable.
  • All direct dial international calls / data / roaming will not be available; however the calls using the IICalls service is classed as a UK call and will be included in inclusive minutes.
  • All applicants must provide a full three year history of address.
  • All applicants must provide proof of ID.
